Jinma Energy (06885): Zhao Kaishan was appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

In order to further optimize the company's governance structure, maintain and further enhance the compliance requirements of listed companies under the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Listing Rules”, strengthen the company's commitment to raise compliance awareness and internal control, and in response to the optimization of the company's governance structure and compliance work arrangements, Mr. Wang Xueliang will no longer serve as (i) the Company's company secretary and (ii) the authorized representative of the Company as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, all of which will take effect from October 13, 2026.

Ms. Zhao Kaishan has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Company's listing rules to replace Mr. Wang, all effective from October 13, 2026.
