Zhejiang Shanghai—Hangzhou (00576): Lu Yingjie and Zhang Zhuting nominated as independent non-executive director candidates

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhejiang Shanghai-Hangzhou (00576) announced that Mr. Lu Yingjie and Mr. Zhang Zhuting were nominated as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the Company. The nominations were reviewed and approved by the Company's Nomination Committee and Board of Directors meeting.

Mr. Lu and Mr. Zhang were appointed as independent non-executive directors of the Company, and the Company's shareholders must approve it at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting before doing so. The respective terms of office of Mr. Lu and Mr. Zhang will begin on the date of approval of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the term of office of the 10th Board of Directors (i.e. June 30, 2027).
