ABL Texcell Diagnostics to Acquire French Biotech Company IntegraGen

Pursuant to the court-approved offer, the healthcare and molecular diagnostics company previously submitted an industrial plan, committing to the continued operation of the acquired activities and retention of contracts required to conduct the business, according to a Monday release. The deal covers the target company's strategic assets, inventories and contracts essential to the continuation of its operations. ABL Texcell expects the deal to boost its presence in clinical genomics, human genetics, rare diseases and precision oncology areas.
