The Zhitong Finance App learned that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed on October 9 that Changzhou Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (“Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing” for short) has passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listing hearing, and Orient Securities International is the sole sponsor.

Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing is based on “industrial scene driving”, and relies on “out-of-the-box, highly flexible, and excellent intelligence” industrial embodied intelligent robots (EIIR) to deeply meet the needs of industrial sites for high accuracy, fast flexibility, complex working conditions and intelligent upgrades, and truly transform physical intelligence into stable and reliable productivity. In terms of earnings in 2025, the company is the largest EIIR product provider in China, with a market share of about 20% in the intelligent industrial robot industry in China. Furthermore, the company has been on the Forbes' “China Top 50 Artificial Intelligence Technology Companies” list for three consecutive years, and on the “IDC China Top 50 AI Companies” list in 2026.

According to financial data, the company's performance has increased significantly in recent years, with revenue increasing from about 434 million yuan to about 796 million yuan between 2023 and 2025. After recording a net loss of about 114 million yuan due to intensive R&D investment in 2023, net profit of about 15.7 million yuan and 5.1 million yuan was recorded in 2024 and 2025, respectively. Profits were achieved for two consecutive years, and profitability improved markedly.

In the past three years, the revenue of EIIR's intelligent industrial robot business has grown from 114 million yuan to 453 million yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of nearly 100%, contributing more than 50% of revenue in 2025, and has become the main growth engine.

Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing insists on using the “industrial physical AI brain” as the underlying capability, using industrial VLA models, vertical expert models, and over 23TB of physical intelligent data to form a growth flywheel, and is deeply integrated with the robot body adapted to real working conditions, so that industrial intelligent robots have both cross-scene generalization capabilities and industrial-grade accuracy and efficiency, fully empowering core scenarios such as quality inspection, polishing, handling, loading and unloading, assembly and flexible production.

The company's technical system is built and operated on the principles of “thinking fast and slow” and “humans are in the loop”. Among them, “quick thinking” is used for immediate and real-time action. Through a cloud-based human-computer interaction system, the company can quickly inject process knowledge from human experts to solve the “cold start” problem of artificial intelligence applications. Compared to the industry average commissioning cycle of several weeks to several months, EIIR products can be put into operation within a few days after installation.

“Slow thinking” is used for long-term independent learning. In this process, “humans in the loop” is the key to transforming raw data into permanent knowledge. Human experts sort out, clean, and label large amounts of data generated during the “quick thinking” period and turn it into high-value assets to continuously train and evolve core AI models in the cloud to promote true autonomy of the system.

The company uses massive precision data and models accumulated from past projects to generate efficient pre-training models, greatly shortening the training time and cost of AI models for new projects. Thanks to massive data advantages and efficient deployment, the gross margins of EIIR products were 47.9%, 55.1%, 53.5% and 54.8%, respectively, during the track record period, which continued to be higher than the industry average.

At present, the company's EIIR series products have achieved replicable and high-return large-scale implementation in various high-value fields such as 3C electronics, new energy, automobile manufacturing, FMCG and semiconductors, and have served more than 25 of the world's top 500 companies.

Looking forward to the future, the company is developing a more general and efficient proprietary industrial VLA model starting from an end-to-end professional industrial VLA model. The model will have the ability to process and align multi-modal data and unify it into a common “language” or framework for industrial applications, thereby forming a more comprehensive understanding of complex factory environments.

Starting in 2025, the company officially launched an overseas business development strategy and entered the European and American markets. At present, it has served more than 25 of the world's top 500 companies and industry leaders, and has won many overseas direct delivery orders through its subsidiary factories. As of the last practical date, there was a total backlog of 19 overseas orders, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 35.7 million. The company is actively developing new overseas markets such as Japan, Singapore and Malaysia, and will establish comprehensive regional centers overseas to provide full life cycle support from pre-sales consulting, deployment and delivery to local model iteration.
