Maiwei Co., Ltd. announced that Maiwei Technology Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company, and the Zhuhai Natural Resources Bureau signed the “Agreement on Reclaiming State-owned Land Use Rights”, agreeing to withdraw the right to use 47866.50 square meters of unbuilt industrial land located in the Jinding area of the Zhuhai High-tech Zone. The remaining 110,559.74 square meters of land use rights are still owned by Maiwei, Zhuhai. The amount of the land concession refund was agreed separately. Based on the area ratio, Zhuhai Maiwei is expected to be able to recover 266.13,800 yuan of land concessions. This transaction does not constitute a related transaction or major asset restructuring, and does not require review by the company's board of directors and shareholders' meetings.
