According to China Shipbuilding Power Group, recently, the CPGC/CSE-WingD 6X72DF-A-1.0-HPSCR low speed ammonia-fueled engine produced and built by CSIC Qingchai, a subsidiary of CSIC Power Group, successfully completed the ammonia mode test run. The engine has excellent performance indicators. Ammonia emissions after combustion have historically broken below 10 ppm, achieving nearly zero ammonia escape. It has been highly recognized by shipowners, shipyards, and classification societies, marking a milestone breakthrough in the field of zero carbon transformation in China's green ship power equipment.
