High-quality public services such as education, medical care, and employment have been jointly built and shared, and the per capita disposable income ratio of urban and rural residents has shrunk to about 2.1:1. The reform of the moderate separation of economic zones and administrative districts has been advanced in depth, the development mechanism for deep integration between Guang'an and Chongqing across provinces has been accelerated and improved, and surrounding cities and central urban areas have basically been co-urbanized.
