The reporter learned from a press conference held by the General Office of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee on the 10th that the “Regulations on Promoting the Private Economy in Jiangxi Province” were voted on September 23 by the 25th session of the 14th Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee and will be officially implemented on November 1. The Regulations consist of eight chapters and 61 articles. The main contents include breaking down hidden barriers to market entry and ensuring fair participation in market competition; improving the investment and financing support system to focus on breaking down difficult and expensive financing; improving service guarantee mechanisms to improve the quality and efficiency of services for enterprises involved; standardizing the supervision and enforcement of enterprises involved; and strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of the private economy.
