I learned from the General Administration of Market Regulation that China continues to strengthen overseas anti-monopoly compliance guidance for enterprises. Since 2025, the General Administration of Market Regulation has held 13 overseas anti-monopoly compliance lectures to train more than 1,200 enterprises. On September 10 this year, an overseas antitrust compliance service platform was launched, bringing together anti-monopoly laws and regulations, typical cases and enforcement trends from 135 countries and regions. At present, China has signed cooperation documents in the field of competition with 39 countries and regions around the world, creating a fairer and more just regulatory environment for enterprises to go overseas.
