According to Tibet Daily, during the National Day holiday this year, Tibet's civil aviation guaranteed 1,666 flights, an increase of 9.7% over the previous year; completed a passenger throughput of 199,000 passengers, an increase of 7.4% over the previous year; and completed a cargo and mail throughput of 860.6 tons. Among them, Lhasa Gongga International Airport guaranteed 1,244 flights, an increase of 9.9% over the previous year; completed a passenger throughput of 159,000 passengers, an increase of 6.3% over the previous year; and completed a cargo and mail throughput of 773.1 tons. On October 7, the number of visitors entering and leaving Hong Kong in a single day from all over the region reached 32,000, the highest peak during the holiday season.
