Seven departments including the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on implementing the “Five Excellent” actions for quality e-commerce. The notice states that the e-commerce sector will be promoted to a high level of openness. Deepen the “Silk Road e-commerce” multi-bilateral cooperation mechanism, and comprehensively expand policy exchanges, industrial interface, capacity building and local cooperation. Actively participate in global e-commerce governance, deepen the implementation of achievements such as one order and two reports, electronic bills of lading, and cross-border identity authentication, and promote the upgrading of cooperation from “going overseas” to “connecting rules”.
