On October 9, after 3 years and 10 months of renovation and expansion, the new elevated station building at Yiwu Railway Station was officially opened. The entire waiting area was relocated from the transition station building to the new station building. Yiwu ushered in a new modern gateway connecting all sides. After the fourth quarter railway operation map is implemented from October 11, the total number of trains handling passenger services at Yiwu Station will increase from 226 trains before the map adjustment to 272.
