Avolon's wholly-owned subsidiary AvolonAerospace Leasing Limited (“AALL”), CIT Aerospace LLC, and CIT Aerospace International Unlimited Company signed separate “Aircraft Purchase Contract Amendment Agreements” with Airbus S.A.S. (“Airbus”) on October 9, 2026 (Dublin time), and In the relevant agreement, it is intended to purchase 110 next-generation technology aircraft from Airbus (including 75 A320NEO series aircraft and 35 A330NEO series aircraft), and also obtain purchase options for 100 next-generation technology aircraft (including 75 A320NEO series aircraft and 25 A330NEO series aircraft).
