05:41 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe maintained its expectation of "stronger" growth and margin expansion for Sartorius Stedim Biotech (DIM.PA) starting in 2027, bolstered by operating leverage and a rising consumables mix. In a Thursday note, the research firm also lifted its price target to 253 euros from 238 euros, with an add rating, reflecting upward revisions to AlphaValue/Baader Europe's discounted cash flow and net asset value estimates. "The investment case remains compelling: consumables-led growth, the now-confirmed recovery in equipment demand, an improving FCF profile with continued deleveraging, and intact mid-term targets. Recent signs of recovering biotech activity further support our confidence in a broader demand recovery. We reiterate our positive recommendation," analysts said, noting that the Paris-listed biopharmaceutical group's recovery is looking "more gradual" than previously forecasted. Meanwhile, AlphaValue/Baader Europe lowered its EPS projections for full-year 2026 and 2027 by 9.20% and 7.96%, respectively, to 4.69 euros and 5.72 euros. The revision is primarily driven by adjusting depreciation and amortization to align with the first-half 2026 run-rate.
