According to the Zhitong Finance App, Agile Group (03383) announced that the total pre-sale amount of the Company and its subsidiaries (the Group), together with the Group's joint ventures and associated companies and real estate projects (Agile projects) managed by the Group and sold under the “Agile” brand, in September 2026 was approximately RMB 230 million, and the corresponding construction area was about 34,000 square meters; the average price was RMB 6594 per square meter.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the total pre-sale amount of the Group, together with the Group's joint ventures and associated companies and the Agile project, was approximately RMB 4.89 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 27.34%, while the corresponding construction area was approximately 554,000 square meters; the average price was RMB 8830 per square meter.
