Longbai Group announced that the company previously signed an agreement of intent with participating company Image Resources to invest in about 80% of the Durack and Yandanooka ore projects held by its wholly-owned subsidiary. It was originally agreed to sign the final transaction documents by October 7, 2026. The two sides have now signed a revised agreement to extend the date of signing the final document until October 31, 2026. The remaining provisions remain unchanged. The date of signing the final document can also be extended by written agreement between the two parties.
