InvestAcc Group Business Buyer to Sell Up to 12.5% Stake in Company

02:33 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InvestAcc Group (INAC.L) proposed a secondary placing of up to 6,150,911 existing shares, representing up to 12.5% of its issued share capital, according to a Thursday release. The sale by Nick Gardner is intended to fund the majority of the consideration for Edengate Wealth Group's 12 million-pound-sterling acquisition of InvestAcc's wealth management and appointed representative services businesses. Edengate, which is owned by Gardner, agreed to acquire Vesta Wealth and InvestAcc from the UK specialist pension administrator. Completion of the disposal is subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval and is expected by early 2027. The final number of shares to be sold and the placing price will be determined through an accelerated bookbuild process, which launched immediately after the announcement.
