The company plans to sign a compensation agreement with the Fengquan District Government of Xinxiang City. The total compensation amount for the first phase of land and ground attachments is RMB 512.33,400. Subsequent relevant agreements will be signed according to the progress of the demolition, asset disposal and inspection. In view of the aforementioned land use rights change, the company decided to stop production of the company's northern biomass cellulose filament production line and subsidiary Xinglu Technology from October 12. It is expected to reduce the company's operating income by about 260 million yuan and reduce total profit by about 40 million yuan. With the exception of the production line that was discontinued, the company's other main production facilities remained in normal operation.
