Or. 10-02/2026 9 October 2026 Re: Notification of Disclosure of Letters to Unitholders reporting Information of Sala @ Sathorn Property Fund (SSPF) for Year 2026 on the Management Company's Website To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Ref: Letter No. Or. 09-02/2026 dated 22 September 2026 Re: Notification of Schedule of Annual Two-way Communication for Year 2026 and Book Closing Date of Sala @ Sathorn Property Fund (SSPF) Whereas Krungsri Asset Management Limited (the "Management Company"), as the Management Company of Sala @ Sathorn Property Fund (SSPF) (the "Fund"), has notified the schedule of Annual Two-way Communication for Year 2026 by delivering letters to unitholders of the Fund to report the information of the Fund as specified in the related notifications and providing opportunities for the unitholders to ask additional questions as detailed in the reference published on the Stock Exchange of Thailand's website. The Management Company would like to inform that the Management Company has delivered such letters to report such information to the unitholders who were entitled to receive such letters through registered posts and disclosed such letters on the Management Company's website at https://www.krungsriasset.com/TH/FundDetail/?fund=SSPF from 9 October 2026 onwards. The Management Company has provided channels for the unitholders to submit additional questions through electronic mails and posts to the Management Company's address as detailed in such letters. The unitholders can submit questions to the Management Company from 9 October 2026 until 22 October 2026, which is the last date of accepting questions from the unitholders. The Management Company will prepare a summary of essential issues of questions and answers for the unitholders to acknowledge and disclose it through the information disclosure system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and/or the Management Company's website at https://www.krungsriasset.com/TH/FundDetail/?fund=SSPF within 5 November 2026.
