Pantzer Makes Second Tri-State Deal This Year with Woodbridge Multifamily Acquisition

JLL Capital Markets arranged the $79-million sale of Avenue & Green, a 232-unit, transit-oriented luxury apartment community in Woodbridge, NJ. The property was renamed The Point Woodbridge by the buyer, Pantzer, making its second acquisition in the Tri-State area this year after The Point Stamford in July.

Senior managing directors Jose Cruz, Mike Oliver and Steve Simonelli, senior director Elizabeth DeVesty, director Austin Pierce and senior analyst CJ Anania. represented the seller, Prism Capital Partners and Northwestern Mutual. Completed in 2021, the property also includes 10,000 square feet of fully leased retail space featuring LeGrand Coffee House, Wonder and The UPS Store.

The property is located at 10 Green St. in Woodbridge, near NJ Transit’s Woodbridge Train Station, offering commuters 45-minute access to Manhattan. Avenue & Green benefits from direct access to Route 1, the NJ Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. Additionally, the property is positioned within the Metropark/Route 1 Employment Corridor.
