According to Zhitong Financial App, Lexin Outdoor (02720) announced that on September 30, 2026, the company's subsidiary Harrison Advanced Rods Ltd (buyer) signed an asset purchase agreement with Suremag Limited (seller). The buyer plans to acquire the operating assets of the “Harrison Advanced Rods” brand (Harrison) owned by the seller.

Upon completion of the acquisition, the target assets will be transferred to Harrison Advanced Rods Ltd. Dr. Stephen Harrison, founder of Suremag Limited, has been appointed as Director and CEO of Harrison Advanced Rods Ltd. The acquisition is in line with the Group's strategy to acquire and develop traditional brands with a good reputation and loyal customer base, and accelerate their penetration into the global market.

The core business of the Harrison brand covers the sale of finished fishing rods (including carp rods) and the supply of rod blanks.
