Among them, Bank of Ningbo's two businesses share a special credit line of 50 million yuan, which is valid until October 17, 2026; Huaxia Bank's digital factoring limit is 40 million yuan, which is valid until June 23, 2027, and the credits can be recycled. As of the disclosure date, the company's guarantee balance for subsidiaries was RMB 3.785,900, accounting for 0.32% of the audited net assets in 2025. There were no illegal guarantees or overdue guarantees.
