According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yunyou Holdings (00484) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company concluded an equity-linked fixed interest note with a principal amount of US$750,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$5.85 million) (not including transaction costs). The underlying share price of the fixed interest note was lower than the exercise price when the market closed on October 5, 2026. On the date of this announcement, according to the terms of the fixed interest note, the Company must receive 6,238 Alibaba shares at the exercise price at a cost of approximately US$750,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$5.85 million) (not including transaction costs).

The average price per share paid for Alibaba shares (excluding transaction costs) is approximately US$120.218 (equivalent to approximately HK$937.70).

The company believes that as one of the leading e-commerce and cloud computing groups in China, Alibaba's business ecosystem covers domestic and international commerce, cloud intelligence, logistics and digital media, and has a broad business layout, and will be a long-term reliable investment target for the company. Therefore, the company has used its available funds to purchase fixed interest notes with attractive interest rates. Compared with bank time deposits, they can generate higher interest income and have the potential to invest in Alibaba to maximize long-term potential returns for the company.
