Jane Dunlevie becomes Co-Head of Goldman Sachs (GS.US) TMT Investment Bank

Zhitong Finance App learned that according to reports, according to an internal memorandum from Goldman Sachs (GS.US), Goldman Sachs partner and star investment banker Jane Dunlevie was promoted to co-head of TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) Investment Bank at age 35.

Dunlevie previously worked as the COO and head of investment banking services at TMT Investment Bank. She joined Goldman Sachs after graduating from Stanford University in 2007, was promoted to partner at age 35 in 2020, and was a co-head of global internet investment banks in her early years. According to The Information, she has participated in projects such as OpenAI, Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, Pinterest, Etsy, eBay, Uber, and Instacart.

Currently, Goldman Sachs TMT Investment Bank has partner Jung Min and partner Barry O'Brien as global co-heads. It has three main business segments:

The Global Infrastructure Tech segment (Global Infrastructure Tech) was formed by merging the telecommunications team with the CoreTech (CoreTech) team in December 2025, and is co-led by partner Yasmine Coupal and partner Jason Tofsky. Partner Kyle Jessen is the head of infrastructure technology mergers and acquisitions in this sector and continues to be responsible for semiconductor customer coverage.

The Global Internet & Media segment (Global Internet & Media) is co-led by partner Brandon Watkins and managing director Alekhya Uppalapati.

The Global Software Investment Banking Division (Global Software) is co-led by partner Brian Cayne and partner Joe Porter in London.
