Among them, 4.444 million mainland residents left the country, an increase of 9.3% over the same period last year; 682,000 foreigners entered the country, and 505,000 were under the visa-free policy, up 5.4% and 9.2% respectively from the same period last year. A total of 732,000 inbound and outbound means of transport (ships, trains, vehicles) were inspected, an increase of 14.7% over the same period last year.
