CodeLab Capital to Raise Equity via Private Placement

01:58 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CodeLab Capital (CODE.OL) launched a conditional private placement of shares at 6 Norwegian kroner to raise proceeds between 27.8 million kroner and 50 million kroner. The placement, which ends on Friday, remains subject to board and shareholder approvals, among other conditions, according to a Thursday release. The settlement is expected on Nov. 4. The investment and technology company will use the proceeds to repay the bridge loan used to fund the liquidity needs of Mdco Group, which it plans to acquire. The proceeds will also be used to cover seasonality effects in Mdco and for general corporate purposes.
