After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 383 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 27.90%.

Additional Information: Box 27 - According to the voting rights contract between Mr. Lei Jun and Mr. Qiu Bojun, Mr. Qiu Bojun will vote for specific shares of Jinshan Software Co., Ltd. in the same way as Mr. Lei Jun.
