First Class Metals Reports 'Exceptional' Gold Occurrence at Sunbeam Property in Canada

04:27 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- First Class Metals (FCM.L) identified an "exceptional" new visible gold occurrence at its Sunbeam gold property in Ontario, Canada. The metals exploration company said Wednesday that a grab sample from an outcrop returned over 30,000 grams per tonne of gold, equivalent to more than 3% gold by weight. The occurrence is 1,100 metres northeast along strike from the historic Roy shafts, extending the area of known high-grade mineralization along the Roy trend. First Class said it is continuing exploration of the newly identified zone, with further assay results to be released once available.
