Huayuan Biotech announced that it recently signed the “25-hydroxycholesterol New Drug Research and Development Project Cooperation Agreement” with Guangzhou National Laboratory. The two sides intend to initiate the establishment of a joint venture to promote the R&D, registration, production and commercialization of 25-hydroxycholesterol and its precursor broad-spectrum antiviral drugs. The company holds no less than 51% of the shares. The signing of the agreement does not require consideration by the board of directors and shareholders' meetings.
