The Zhitong Finance App learned that Agile Group (03383) once fell more than 8% in the intraday period, then recovered from the decline and turned up in the afternoon. As of press release, it rose 0.66% to HK$0.152, with a turnover of HK$465,600.

According to the news, Agile recently announced major progress in overseas debt restructuring. The company and the Overseas Creditor Coordination Committee, which holds 61.5% of the principal amount of the syndicated loan, are close to finalizing the restructuring terms. They intend to pass the sale of about 64.6% of the shares after the restructuring to resolve all types of overseas financial debt totaling about 5.183 billion US dollars.

It is worth noting that unlike the moderate approach of the mainstream of the industry, Agile's current plan chose a restructuring model with debt-for-equity swaps as the core and transferring control of listed companies. The share transfer ratio of 64.6% means that after the restructuring is completed, overseas creditors will become the actual controllers of Agile, and the shares of the original founding shareholders will be diluted to a secondary position.
