On October 7, local time, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that in the early morning of the same day, the Russian military carried out large-scale attacks on Ukrainian targets using high-precision land-based, sea-based, and air-based weapons and drones. In Kyiv, Kyiv, Chernigov, Kirovograd, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Kharkiv regions, military enterprises that produce and store “Flamingo” cruise missiles and medium- and long-range drones for the “Fire Spot” company have been attacked. In the Odesa region, the port and ship-repair infrastructure and ships used by the Ukrainian military were attacked. There is currently no response from the Ukrainian side.
