Al Kathiri Holding Unit Wins OMR11 Million Construction Works Contract in Oman

01:55 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Kathiri Holding's (SASE:3008) Msandh Al-Emdad Ltd unit secured a construction project worth 11.3 million Omani rials from the Talaat Moustafa Group Muscat Co. Under the 24-month agreement, the holding company's subsidiary will build 160 residential villas and conduct rough grading works for the Jood project in Sultan Haitham, Oman, according to a Wednesday release. The company expects the parties to sign the contract on Nov. 5, subject to the completion of the value engineering process and a final agreement on the scope and contract value.
