11:49 PM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Air Liquide (AI.PA) received 12.5 billion euros of investor orders for its sale of 2 billion euros of euro-denominated bonds, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing a person familiar with the matter. The French industrial gases company's offering comprised a two-year floating-rate note and five- and 10-year fixed-rate tranches, which investors purchased at lower yields than French government bonds. The spread on the floating-rate notes was reduced to 35 basis points over the three-month Euro interbank offered rate. Meanwhile, the five-year bond tranche narrowed to 65 basis points above mid-swaps, and the 10-year tranche priced at 95 basis points over. Air Liquide did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
