12:12 PM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research expects Siemens Energy's (ENR.F) fiscal 2030 financial targets to surprise "significantly" on the upside on the back of strong pricing, volume and self-help levers. "We think investor expectations for ENR's new mid-term targets are modest, with recent conversations suggesting they are anchored around a 19% FY30 adj EBITA margin guide mid-point. In our view this creates strongly positive risk-reward: we continue to expect a 21-23% guide given strong pricing, volume & self-help levers," analysts said Tuesday. "At the top end, where ests should anchor given mgmt's usual conservatism, this would imply [greater than] 20% consensus upgrades. We also expect an upside surprise on FCF guidance (FY27-30 cumulative EUR45-50bn vs investors thinking [less than] EUR35bn), signalling strong future orders." The research firm also sees a "modest" upside potential on the German energy technology group's orders and adjusted EBITA for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026. Orders are expected to reach 16.07 billion euros, while adjusted EBITDA is projected to come in at 1.58 billion euros, 2% and 7% above Visible Alpha consensus, respectively. The stock's buy rating was reaffirmed, with an unchanged price objective of 250 euros.
