Focus Xplore Plans Fundraise to Support Canadian Gold Assets

03:26 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Xplore (FOX.L) will raise 508,750 pounds sterling, before expenses, through a placing and subscription of shares at 0.00018 pound apiece, according to a Tuesday release. Subscribers in the fundraise and creditor settlement will also receive one warrant for every new ordinary share issued to them. The warrants may be exercised at any time in the 24 months following admission, the minerals exploration and development group said. Proceeds from the fundraise are earmarked for the initial cash portion of the planned acquisition of five gold exploration properties in Canada, expected costs of future exploration programs, payments to creditors, and working capital requirements.
