Focus Xplore to Acquire Five Gold Exploration Assets in Canada

02:43 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Xplore (FOX.L) agreed to acquire five gold exploration properties in Canada for 296,000 pounds sterling, according to a Tuesday filing. The minerals exploration and development group will purchase the entire share capital of Nova Aurum Exploration and 1597320 B.C., which own the assets, from Martlet Geoscience and Praetor Exploration. The initial purchase price will be paid in 75,000 pounds in cash and by issuing 802,775,130 Focus Xplore shares. A further 422,513,226 new shares will be issued upon the achievement of certain milestones.
