The preliminary vote count results announced by the Latvian Central Election Commission on the 4th local time show that out of about 95.4% of the votes already counted, the “joint list” of Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs's political party coalition is far ahead of other political forces and is expected to win the most seats in this parliamentary election.
