According to Zhejiang's announcement, the General Office of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government recently issued the “Zhejiang Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator High Quality Development Action Plan”. The “Action Plan” clearly states that by 2030, the number of incubators in the province will exceed 2,000, the total area of incubation sites will exceed 25 million square meters, cultivate 200 incubators from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 500 incubators at the provincial level, cultivate 50,000 technology-based enterprises, and cultivate 10,000 high-tech enterprises.
