Vaultz Capital Invests GBP3 Million in Software Company via Bitcoin Sale

06:23 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vaultz Capital (V3TC.AQ) invested 3 million pounds sterling in a newly incorporated software company developing technology for AI and high-performance computing, funded primarily through the sale of bitcoin. The digital asset investor said Friday it sold 47 bitcoin at an average price of 62,914 pounds, raising almost 3 million pounds. It currently holds 86 bitcoin, valued at about 5.4 million pounds, and 400,000 pounds in cash. Vaultz subscribed for 449,101 new shares at 6.68 pounds each for total consideration of 3 million pounds. It said it holds about 2.3% of the investee company's enlarged share capital. Two company directors also co-invested 140,000 pounds on the same terms.
