COSCO SHIPPING International (00517): Zheng Yuhe was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, COSCO SHIPPING International (00517) announced that from October 2, 2026, Mr. Zheng Yuhe was appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman and member of the company's audit committee, and a member of the company's remuneration committee, nomination committee and corporate governance committee member; and from October 2, 2026, Mr. Han Jun, a non-executive director of the company and a member of the risk management committee, was appointed as the chairman of the company's risk management committee, and Mr. Zhu Changyu, the chairman of the board of directors and managing director of the company, was re-appointed as a member of the company's risk management committee.
