Gangnam Clothing (03306): Wang Shunde was appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee

According to Zhitong Finance App, Jiangnan Buyi (03306) issued an announcement. Mr. Lin Xiaobo (Mr. Lin) will not participate in re-election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and will retire as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee (retirement) at the end of the AGM.

Following his retirement, Mr. Wang Shunde (Mr. Wang), an independent non-executive director, was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
