Madison Holdings (08057): Ji Zuguang reassigned as Vice Chairman of the Board

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Madison Holdings (08057) issued an announcement. The board of directors hereby announces the following changes, which will take effect from October 2, 2026:

(1) Mr. Ji Zuguang has been transferred from Chairman of the Board as Vice Chairman of the Board; (2) Mr. Jiang Tian has been removed as an authorized representative; (3) Mr. Su Lei has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and authorized representative; (4) Dr. Zhang Yushan has resigned as Executive Director; (5) Dr. Liu Weng Jingjing has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee; (6) Mr. Zhu Jianhong has resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee Member of the Corporate Governance Committee ;( 7) Mr. Du Siu-lin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee; and (8) Ms. Han Huihui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.
