The Zhitong Finance App learned that Boleyton (01333) surged more than 22%. As of press release, it had risen 21.9% to HK$19.65, with a turnover of HK$28.507 million.

According to the news, recently, Boreton and Inhoy Investments (Private) Co., Ltd. signed a letter of intent to cooperate. The two sides plan to develop long-term cooperation in fields such as electric mining card sales agents, optical storage project construction, and mining equipment investment and operation. According to reports, the two sides plan to share the profits of the mining project after the equipment investment is completed and the mining project achieves sales revenue. As a result, Boreton's cooperation model in African mines is being further extended from equipment, electricity and service revenue to long-term project operating results.

It is worth mentioning that previously, according to an interface report, Boleyton plans to enter the large-scale profit stage in 2027, and the profit target for the next few years is “doubling every year.” Chen Fangming, chairman of Borreton, recently told reporters that the company aims to achieve an annual profit of more than 5 billion yuan by 2031. As of June of this year, Boleyton has put into business nearly 100 mining cards equipped with autonomous driving systems. According to the current charging model, this part of the business can generate revenue of about 20 million yuan per year.
