Minerals Technologies Inc. Announces Pricing of Private Offering of $400 Million of Senior Notes

NEW YORK, Oct. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Minerals Technologies Inc. (NYSE: MTX) (“MTI”), a leading, technology-driven specialty minerals company, today announced the pricing of the previously announced private offering (the “Offering”) of $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.500% senior notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). The initial offering price to investors will be 100.000% of the principal amount thereof. The Notes will be guaranteed by the Company’s wholly owned domestic restricted subsidiaries that are obligors or guarantors under its senior secured credit facilities or certain other indebtedness. The Offering is expected to close on October 13, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
