09:13 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dillistone Group (DSG.L) agreed with all its loan note holders to convert debt worth 794,750 pounds sterling into company shares at 0.14 pound apiece. Under the conditional deal dated Wednesday, the London-listed recruitment software and services provider will issue 5,676,780 new ordinary shares, wiping the outstanding debt off its balance sheet and saving 73,000 pounds in annual interest, according to a Thursday release. Interest will continue to accrue until shareholders approve the deal at a general meeting set for Oct. 26. If the conversion is not greenlit by Nov. 30, the agreement will fall through and the original debt obligations will remain in place.
