Danish jewelry manufacturer Pandora opened a US$150 million factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Thursday. This is the company's fourth plant worldwide. The plant will increase Pandora's overall production capacity by about 50% and is expected to employ 7,000 employees after full production. The factory is known by Pandora as the world's largest fine jewelry manufacturing base, with an annual production capacity of up to 60 million pieces of jewelry.
