The company plans to hold a roadshow for issuing “panda bonds” in the week of October 19, and aims to start issuing promotion in November as soon as possible. The term of the bond may be 3, 5, or 10 years, and the final term will be determined based on investor feedback. This batch of panda bonds will be issued by Vale Overseas Limited, a subsidiary of Vale Valley, and guaranteed by the parent company.
