China Health Technology Group (01069): Xie Dongliang Appointed as Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, China Health Technology Group (01069) announced that since September 29, 2026: Ms. Siwanat Saymaya and Mr. Luo Tingzhuo have been appointed as members of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and Mr. Xie Dongliang has been appointed as the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and Mr. Leung Ka-wai has ceased to be the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

Since the end of the special shareholders' meeting: Ms. Bi Xue is no longer an executive director; Mr. Leung Ka-wai is no longer an executive director; Ms. Wong Kai Ying is no longer an executive director; Ms. Lau Suk Wah is no longer an independent non-executive director; and Mr. Li Liangjie is no longer an independent non-executive director.

The board of directors further announced that since the end of the special shareholders' meeting: Mr. Xie Dongliang has been appointed as an executive director; Ms. Yang Linlin has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. Luo Tingzhuo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director; and Ms. Siwanat Saymaya has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
