The total acquisition cost was RMB 307 million.

As an environmental protection business needed for people's livelihood, medical waste disposal is strictly regulated by industry policies, has a stable charging mechanism, and has good development attributes. At the same time, medical waste disposal is also the Group's key development core business. This acquisition is a key step for the Group to lay out the Northeast and Bohai Rim regional markets, and will help promote the Group's medical waste business to achieve long-term steady operation and high-quality development.

Shenyang Hanyang and Dalian Hanyang each hold local medical waste disposal franchises. Tieling Hanyang has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the local government for medical waste collection and disposal, and the business base is stable and reliable. The area where Tianjin Hanyang is located is densely populated and rich in medical resources. The company has long been deeply involved in the local market, has a perfect service system, and a solid customer base. The Group has mature medical waste project operation experience. Currently, the medical waste disposal project in Wuhan is operating steadily. This merger and acquisition can smoothly integrate the target business into the existing operation system, ensure smooth and orderly operation, and effectively enhance the Group's asset operation efficiency.
