Over the same period, global regulated open-ended funds attracted a net inflow of around $1.0 trillion, compared to $934 billion in the first quarter. In terms of size ranking, mainland China ranks fourth in the world and is the largest fund market in Asia. After excluding the two major offshore fund centers in Luxembourg and Ireland, mainland China is the second largest public fund market in the world after the US.
